Corrections Policy
Accuracy is central to the trust between INNOVOX and its readers. We review credible reports of errors and correct published work when the record requires it.
Effective September 20, 2026How to request a correction
Email info@innovox.news with “Correction request” in the subject line. Include the article URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, your supporting evidence and your contact information.
How requests are reviewed
We compare the published material with the available source record and, when appropriate, contact relevant people or organizations. A request does not automatically result in a change, but specific evidence will be considered seriously and fairly.
Corrections, clarifications and updates
- Correction: A material factual error is fixed and a note explains what changed.
- Clarification: Accurate language is expanded or refined when additional context is needed to prevent a misleading impression.
- Update: New information is added as a story develops, with the modification date updated when the change is substantive.
- Minor edit: Typographical, grammatical or formatting errors may be corrected without a note when they do not alter meaning.
Headlines, images and social posts
If an error appears in a headline, caption, image treatment or social-media post, we correct the affected element where we retain control of it. Corrections to distributed material may take additional time to appear on third-party platforms.
Removal requests
Published work is part of the public record and is not normally removed solely because it has become inconvenient or unfavorable. Removal or anonymization may be considered in exceptional circumstances involving safety, legal obligations, severe privacy harm or fundamentally unreliable material.
Transparency
Substantive corrections should identify the nature of the original error and the corrected information without quietly rewriting the record. Questions about this policy may be sent to info@innovox.news.
